The Gap After the Plot
When the deed is in your hands, half the job is done — but the other half plays out on ground most buyers have never walked: architectural design, the municipal permit process, choosing a builder, site progress and the habitation certificate. Our plot-to-villa guide explains the steps; the coordination service is those steps tracked on site, on your behalf.
If you live abroad, the real problem is not information but distance: if you cannot visit the site even monthly, you need eyes there you trust.
What Is Covered
- Team introductions. We introduce you to architects and builders with a track record in this area, matched to your needs, and help you compare quotes.
- Permit-stage tracking. The project's municipal steps — application, missing documents, approval — followed locally and reported to you.
- Periodic site checks. Throughout the build we visit the site at agreed intervals and send photo and video status reports — you watch the progress with your own eyes.
- Habitation stage guidance. At the occupancy permit (iskân) stage, we clarify which steps come next and who is responsible for each.
How It Works
- Needs meeting. What do you want to build, within what budget frame and calendar — the scope grows from here.
- Written scope and quote. What is included, how often we report and the fee are fixed in writing up front.
- Process and reporting. Site visits and reports at the agreed rhythm; joint reviews at the critical thresholds — foundation, shell, handover.
What We Don't Do — Clear Boundaries
We are not a building contractor; we do not construct. The construction contract is between you and the builder you choose, and statutory technical inspection belongs to the licensed building inspection firms. Our role is coordination and transparency: meeting the right team, keeping the process on calendar, and knowing at all times what is happening on site while you are away.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often do you report?
We set the rhythm together in the scope meeting; denser during the active phases, lighter in the quiet ones. At the critical thresholds you receive a report in every case.
How is the service priced?
We give a written quote based on scope and build duration — get in touch and we will assess it together.
What happens if there is a problem with the builder?
We share our observations and records (dated photo-video reports) and sit beside you in the meeting. In a legal dispute we refer you to an independent lawyer — with your records ready.
Can I bring my own builder?
Yes. Team introductions are only one part of the scope; we can work on permit tracking and site reporting alone.
