Why Assistance
Transferring land in Türkiye is actually fast — with the right documents, the title deed (tapu) transfer is completed in a single appointment. The difficulty is not the transaction but the preparation: which document comes from where, how appointments are sequenced, and which extra steps apply to foreign buyers. Our land buying guide explains all of it; purchase assistance is that knowledge applied on your behalf.
What Is Covered
- Document pre-checks. The title record and the current zoning status document are verified against official registries — surprises surface before signatures, not after.
- Appointments and sequencing. The land registry appointment, fee payments and the day plan.
- Foreign-buyer steps. Tax number, the foreign currency purchase document (DAB) and a sworn translator — mandatory at the deed office for buyers who need one — arranged in advance.
- Company on transfer day. We are with you at the land registry; the final check happens together, before the signature.
- After the transfer. A short roadmap for first steps such as electricity and water registrations and the property tax declaration.
- Buying remotely. If you cannot travel, we plan how the process runs on a notarised power of attorney.
How It Works
- Post-decision call. Once the plot is settled, we map the calendar together: who does what, and when.
- Preparation week. Documents are collected and verified; appointments booked; translator or power of attorney organised if needed.
- Transfer day. Signature and deed handover in a single appointment — you leave with your own tapu the same day.
What We Don't Do — Clear Boundaries
An honest frame is part of the service: we are not lawyers or accountants. When legal opinion, tax planning or contract review is needed, we refer you to an independent lawyer or accountant — we complement those professions, we do not stand in for them. The value of assistance is coordination: the right step, in the right order, with the right person.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to come to Türkiye?
No. With a power of attorney issued at a notary (or at a consulate abroad, with apostille) the transfer can complete without you travelling. We plan the process around it from the start.
How long does the whole process take?
With documents ready, the transfer itself is a single appointment. Preparation — tax number, DAB, translator, booking — typically takes a few working days; for foreign buyers the calendar is set by time zones and travel.
How is the service priced?
We give a written quote based on scope — get in touch and we will assess it together. For clients buying from our own portfolio, assistance is a natural part of the process.
Can I get assistance for a plot I found elsewhere?
Yes — even if the plot is not from our portfolio, we can provide document checks and process company; we first review the plot's status together.
