Why Remote Viewing
Most of our buyers live abroad — the UK, Germany, Russia, the Gulf. Before travelling thousands of kilometres for a plot, you should be able to make most of the decision from home. A photo gallery is a start; but a plot's slope, the neighbouring buildings, the state of the road and the real feel of the area only come through in moving pictures.
That is exactly what a remote viewing is for: you ask your questions while we walk the plot. What you see on your screen is the plot as it stands that day, at that hour.
What the Tour Includes
- A live walk. We walk all four corners, the frontage and the road access together; you stop us wherever you like and ask for any angle.
- Drone aerial view. The plot's geometry, the neighbouring parcels and the view line are only clear from above — standard for our entire Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe portfolio.
- Street and surroundings. We film the street, the neighbouring development and the approach to the neighbourhood — a plot you have not seen in context is a plot you do not know.
- Recordings shared. After the tour the video and photos are sent to you, to review with family or partners at your own pace.
How It Works
- Request a tour. Pick a plot from the portfolio or describe your criteria; a WhatsApp message or email is enough.
- We set a time. Scheduled around your time zone; we pick the light and weather conditions on our side.
- Tour and delivery. If you cannot join live, we film the walk-through for you and send it the same day.
Why You Can Trust It
In property marketing, imagery is often a sales tool: wide-angle tricks, hand-picked frames, footage that avoids the surroundings. Our approach is the opposite — it is the field version of the principles our whole portfolio is built on:
- The footage is that day's footage; we do not curate flattering archive frames.
- Neighbouring plots and buildings are shown on every tour — no surprise neighbours later.
- If a plot has a weak side (slope, frontage, distance), we say so. A buyer who arrives to a disappointment is lost trust — the most expensive thing we could lose.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a remote viewing paid?
We agree the terms together when you request a tour and confirm them in writing. A tour never creates an obligation to buy — its purpose is the groundwork of a sound decision.
Do I keep the recordings?
Yes — the tour video, drone footage and photos are sent to you and are yours to share.
Which apps do you use?
WhatsApp video, Zoom or Google Meet — whichever is convenient. If you cannot join live, we deliver the tour as a recording.
Can several plots be toured in one session?
Yes — for buyers with a shortlist, walking two or three plots in a single session is the most efficient format; we plan the route accordingly.
