Why a Regional Consultation
Researching Didim, Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe online gets you only so far. We try to publish in-depth guides on this site, but written content can't quite replace what a local can share in conversation. The answer to "is this really the right place for me?" usually becomes clear in a chat.
That is why we offer regional consultation as a free, non-binding service. A call or a message is enough; we take the time to share the bigger picture of Didim, the differences between Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe, the rhythm of daily life and — without any sales pitch — whether the area fits what you're looking for.
Where the Consultation Fits
Regional consultation is the first link in our chain of services. The call is designed as a one-off 20–30 minutes so you can get to know the area. When you want to focus on a specific plot or have us walk with you through the process, separate stages take over — and each one only begins once the previous has been completed and feels meaningful for you.
Discovery Call
Get to know Didim, Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe from a local. Together we judge whether the area suits you.
Property Assessment
A thorough, impartial report for a specific plot — title-deed, zoning, infrastructure, neighbouring builds, comparable values and on-site photography.
Process Support
After a plot decision: coordination of the title transfer, valuation, deposit agreement; later signposting for the building permit.
A call doesn't automatically push you to the next step — it only goes as far as it makes sense for you. That keeps the space free of pressure for you, and lets us give every stage the attention it deserves.
What do we discuss on the call?
A typical consultation is shaped by your questions — we share information, we don't sell. The topics that usually come up:
- Location and geography. Where Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe sit, distances to Didim centre and Altınkum beach, and the character difference between the two neighbourhoods.
- Climate and the feel of the seasons. How the area changes between summer and winter, what makes it liveable year-round, and the balance of wind, sun and humidity.
- Infrastructure. Electricity, water, roads and drainage — what's already in place in Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe, and which plots are still being completed.
- Life in the area. Who lives here and who buys here — retirees, summer residents, international investors, families settling permanently.
- Local amenities. Healthcare, education, shops and social facilities — the practical framework of daily life.
- How the area is changing. What has shifted over the past few years, what is expected next, and updates to the zoning plans.
- Investment vs. living. Your motivation for buying — investment, primary home, holiday home, inheritance planning.
Is it right for you?
The real purpose of the call is to judge, with an impartial eye, whether the area is the right choice for you. Together we look at:
- Expectation alignment. Does your picture of an "ideal place" line up with what the area actually is?
- Budget framework. Does your budget match the size and location you're hoping for?
- Time horizon. Now, within three years, with a ten-year view — how does that fit the local cycle?
- Lifestyle. Your balance between social life and quiet — which neighbourhood fits better.
- Risk tolerance. Are you looking for an emerging area or an established settlement?
By the end of the call you'll have a clear picture: does coming here make sense for you, and if not, why not.
If It Fits: Next Steps
If the area looks like a fit, we sketch out a roadmap together:
- Clarifying your requirements. Plot size, neighbourhood preference, view priorities, budget range.
- Portfolio suggestions. Two or three plots that match your profile, with the reasoning behind each.
- Detailed report on plots you're interested in. Our property assessment process begins — title deed, infrastructure, neighbouring plots and comparable values, all covered.
- Site-visit planning. Logistics for the date you'd like to come (airport transfer, accommodation suggestions, visit route).
- Decision pace. We never rush you; you set the tempo.
If It's Not a Fit: Honest Guidance
By the end of the call the area might turn out not to be right for you. That's no problem at all — in fact it's valuable, because the uncertainty has been resolved. In that case:
- We share frank, unjudgemental feedback on the ways the area doesn't fit your expectations.
- Where possible, we point briefly to other parts of Turkey that might match what you're after (Kuşadası, Çeşme, the Bodrum peninsula, Foça).
- The door stays open if you'd like to revisit the conversation later.
"Come here" isn't our goal — helping you make the right decision for yourself is.
How do you book a call?
The process is as light as we can make it:
- Get in touch. A message at info@didimproperties.com, WhatsApp or a phone call — whichever suits you.
- Share your situation briefly. A line or two is enough: "I'm thinking about an investment in Didim and I have these questions…"
- We arrange a suitable time. A 20–30 minute phone or video call. If you're abroad we plan around the time difference.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the regional consultation really free?
Yes — there is no charge, and no invoice will be sent later. For us this call is a starting point that helps us understand an investor's needs and guide the right person at the right time. It is not conditional on a sale.
Can I call from abroad?
Yes — international investors are a regular audience for us. We arrange the call around the time difference. We work via WhatsApp video, Zoom or Google Meet — whichever suits you.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Turkish. For German- and Russian-speaking investors we can arrange an interpreter.
Is the call binding?
Not in any way. After the call you can buy a plot, look at another area, or take no further step — all are fine. Our line stays open; if you'd like to revisit later, we can pick up where we left off.
If the area isn't a fit, will you say so?
Yes — that's a core principle for us. There's always a chance the area doesn't match your expectations, and we'll share that openly. Our role isn't to bring everyone here — it's to give you an honest assessment against what you're looking for.
Will I be pressured during the call?
No. Manufactured urgency along the lines of "decide today, someone else is waiting" has no place in how we work. We respect the natural pace of your decision.
