Most of what we list is building land on the ridge between Didim's town centre and the Akbük road — Seyrantepe and Yeşiltepe, two neighbourhoods where the zoning plan is settled and the streets are already served by mains water and electricity. Plots here typically run 600–620 m² with 15/30 or 20/30 zoning, which allows a detached villa of around 180 m² over two floors. The sea at Altınkum is a 15-minute drive down the hill.
Before a plot enters this portfolio, we pull its title deed (TAPU) at the land registry, confirm the block and lot number against the zoning plan, and walk the boundaries on site.
